Financial and payroll management expert Administer and comprehensive financial management software provider EmCe Solution Partner are joining forces. This means that Finland will have a new, strong financial management company that has exceptional experience in both software engineering and service production in financial management.

Administer Oy is known as an expert in electronic financial management services that serves customers at 22 offices around Finland and in Stockholm and Tallinn. Administer’s own financial management software, eFina, along with its mobile app, is used by thousands of customers every day. EmCe has extensive experience in developing and providing financial and payroll management software as well as ERP solutions to both accounting companies and companies in other industries as well as non-profit organisations. Together, the two companies will form a comprehensive whole that combines the best software and service expertise.

EmCe will remain an independent company and become part of Administer Group. The Group also includes Silta, Finland’s biggest payroll services company, Adner, a provider of financial management outsourcing services to bigger customers, Kuntalaskenta, a specialist in financial management for municipalities, and Yrittäjän Polku, a service for light entrepreneurs. EmCe’s strong and trusted brand will remain the same after the merger, and the brand will provide excellent support to the Group’s range of services.
